Hamstring attack!!!
quads were still sore from a few days ago BUT I pushed ahead and killed my hams good!!!
A-reverse hack squats

none till failure although a few sets I went really deep and slow and could have induced failure if I did 1 or 2 more.
walking lunges 3 sets with 60′s wide steps 2 rounds x 20-22 steps and one round x 26 steps
standing leg curls 3 sets x failure x 10-12 reps
seated leg curls 3 sets x failure almost stack various reps last set 8 full reps and a few partials
for calves took the sneakers off seated calf press machine with knees bent for soleus x 5 sets x 20 reps non failure but insane burn!!! then did 3 sets with knees locked all to failure full and partial with hard contractions!!! I’m real proud of how much my calves have come up lately and I completely attribute that to training them so frequently with different rep schemes and intensity techniques. Finished with 20 minutes on treadmill with no sneakers. was 190 this morning
