Our online personal trainer and online personal training services began when I moved to NY from NC. Many of my NC clients wanted to continue working with me but because of the distance weren’t able to. In response I created my online personal training program for a select group of existing clients. Although I couldn’t be there in person, I could instead guide their fitness and nutrition as their online personal trainer. As the days, weeks and months passed my clients continued to make progress, gain confidence and increase their sense of well being. I realized that I could offer these services to a larger portion of the population, help them achieve the same results my clients were getting and with great confidence, be able to fully stand behind my online personal training service.
My online personal trainer and online personal training service is offered to clients throughout the United States and includes detailed nutrition plans, fitness routines, exercise instruction and a weekly check-in to assess your progress. I refine your nutrition plan if your progress is not up to speed and constantly alter your fitness routine to avoid ‘sticking points’. As an online personal trainer, I offer the same level of attention and guided training you would expect from an in-person personal trainer. I’m so confident this program works that I don’t require you to enter into a long term contract. My Online Personal Trainer Service Includes the Following:
- Pre-Training Evaluation – We’ll discuss any medical conditions, food allergies, injuries, fitness limitations, current eating habits and fitness regiment. I take the time to fully understand your health past, current fitness state and use this information to customize your fitness and nutrition plan to reach your goals as effectively as possible.
- Nutrition Plan – Detailed nutrition plan outlining the types and amounts of foods you should consume each week. I provide my clients with options that satisfy not only their hunger but their nutritional needs. I also provide optional snacks or alternative meals so you won’t get tired of eating the same thing every day.
- Fitness and Exercise Routine – Our fitness and exercise routines will break down your workout schedule on a daily and weekly basis. We provide daily routines to target your specific health and fitness goals and and the workouts will be constantly updated changing the dynamics, giving your body a constant change of stimulus to never allow your muscles or you to become complacent doing the same workouts week-in and week-out.
- Weekly Check In – Each week we discuss the nutritional and fitness plan your following. We use data points such as your energy level, how you’re feeling, weight, tape measurements and how well you adhered to your plan. Based on this information we make adjustments to both the nutrition and fitness so your progress continues to stay linear and you don’t reach a ‘sticking point’ during your fitness endeavor. Our process is dynamic and ever-changing based on your progress. We believe that the best way to improve your health and fitness level is through constant adjustment based on how your body responds.
