I found Joe on the Internet, and gave him a rather long email inquiring about his online training program. Joe quickly responded with his own detailed email that was obviously not a generically generated email that some sites use. I’ve been training with Joe for almost 3 weeks and the first few days were quite honestly very difficult. I had a headache because my body was adjusting to a lower sugar intake and getting reacquainted with fresh greens, lean meat and an endless amount of water.
