Welcome to the Dynamic Personal Training NC Blog
Hello and welcome to the Dynamic Personal Training Blog! I’m excited to offer as much information as possible through my blog covering topics such as Nutrition, Fitness, Client Q & A, General Information, Bodybuilding and my own personal journal documenting my workouts. I welcome your questions, comments and ideas, so let’s start the conversation about reaching your health and fitness goals.
Our Nutrition and Fitness sections will give you the latest information on healthy eating habits, proper nutrition intake, exercise techniques and how to get the best results from your workouts. The client Q & A section will answer questions I get from clients and from those of you submitting questions through our contact form. There are no dumb questions and I guarantee that if you have questions about a certain topic, others do as well. The general information section will be just that, a section of our blog covering general observations, tips and hints on how to live a healthier and more fulfilling life. For our bodybuilding clients and blog followers, I’ll cover topics related to how to prepare for competitions, the dos and donts of bodybuilding and share my own thoughts and tips from my own professional competition experience. The final section will cover my own personal workouts on a weekly basis. I’ll share my day to day workouts, giving you a “fly on the wall” perspective of every rep I do, what my mind set was during the workout and get an overall feel of how I train. I want you to know that I practice what I preach and hopefully by sharing this insight with you, you may find insight into your own motivating factors.
